1. Make the background of your scene black or white.
2. Navigate to Media > Shutterstock > Video
3. Select an abstract video that matches the theme of your content
4. Position to fill the entire scene.
5. Adjust the transparency of your video to be low, around 30 - 50%
6. If the image is still too intense, add a blur to soften.
